Contact Us

Mosaic is a platform that analyzes your conversations to provide deep insights into your relationships. We help you understand communication patterns, personality traits, and offer suggestions for strengthening your connections.

Your privacy is our top priority. We anonymize all data, process it securely in the cloud, and never sell your raw chat messages or personally identifiable information to third parties.

You can upload exports from WhatsApp, iMessage (from a Mac), Instagram, Messenger and Telegram. For any other app, paste the conversation text or upload up to 20 screenshots.

You can start free: uploading a chat needs no signup or credit card, and your word cloud and relationship strengths are free, along with a few Myrah messages each week. The full report (sentiment timeline, compatibility score, personality and patterns) comes with Mosaic Pro at $1 for your first month, then $9.99/month. Pro also unlocks more Myrah messages each week and lets Myrah read your full chat.

We are still in the experimental phase of development and all insights should be taken with a grain of salt. We always recommend using these insights as helpful guidance rather than absolute truth.

Most of the report appears within a minute or two, depending on the size of the chat. Sections fill in as they finish, so keep the tab open until they have all loaded.

We collect the chat logs you upload, as well as some anonymized usage data to help us improve the service. For more detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process, use, and retain your data, along with your deletion options.
